 车内突然出现猥琐男，一个女孩应该怎么办？
 
 沈阳18岁的女学生小艾(化名)昨日就在公交车里被一名男子骚扰，想着如果曝光他就会让更多妹子少受伤害，她先是反转镜头，拍下了猥琐男。
 随后自称“瞬间变女汉子”的她，一脚踹向猥琐男的后腰，正巧车门打开，猥琐男被一脚踹了下去，此时，正是沈阳雨下的最大的时候……
 昨晚6时许，网友<a href="http://user.kdnet.net/?username=%B0%A5%B0%A5%DF%F7%B7%A2%CE%A2%B2%A9%B1%ED%CA%BE">@哎哎喵发微博表示</a>，“4点后，239公交车辽Ac6693，目测170左右(戴)偏黑色眼镜胖子、他下车后对我进行谩骂，之后车开走，世间险恶，这里是东北还敢这么做。朋友看到我发的微博对我说，这种事不能不管。我敢，但别人呢？ ”
 昨晚8时，记者联系上了网友小艾，她今年18岁，还是学生，目前正放暑假。
 当时她在工业展览馆站上了一辆239路公交，当时正是雨最大的时候，车上人挤得满满的，没有一个座位，过道里转身都困难。
 她随着人群很快就被挤到了后门下车的位置，左手拿着杂志，右手用手机刷微博的她突然感觉后面有东西在挤她，而且还有一名男子在喘息。她感觉身后的男子正用下体磨蹭她。
 小艾立即打开手机拍照模式，并反转镜头，拍下了这名男子低头的模样。见小艾拍他，男子立即转身朝车门走去，这时车开到了南五马路附近。
 小艾本想把“猥琐男”拽住，但因手里的东西太多而放弃。
 但小艾表示：“妹子瞬间女汉子附体，抓住长裙，照他后腰使劲踹去……”
 男子被一脚踢下了车，在车门关上的瞬间，男子破口大骂。看到小艾将男子踹下车，车内瞬间安静，乘客们惊呆了，有大妈问小艾怎么了，小艾回答“变态”。
 回到家，小艾没跟家人说，只是在微博和微信里发布经历，她希望能对其他的女孩子有一些帮助。

 昨晚联系上这个“小女汉子”，听她讲起自己的“彪悍人生”，那名猥琐男不知道，这个丫头在上车前刚刚看完恐怖片，而问她吓不吓人，她说“好像是爱情片”……

 小艾：曝光他！这种人不能忍，无图无真相。还有那么多不敢出声的妹子，她们怎么办？要是所有人都这么做，那伤害就会变少。

 公共场所遇猥琐男如何处罚？
 
 《治安管理处罚法》第四十四条规定：“猥亵他人的，或者在公共场所故意裸露身体，情节恶劣的，处五日以上十日以下拘留。 ”《刑法》第二百三十七条第一款和第二款也规定：“以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵妇女或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，处五年以上有期徒刑。 ”
 警方提醒综合网上消息，警方提醒：遇到类似情况，女性应有自我防范意识，衣着不要过于暴露，在公共场所应与陌生异性保持一定距离。
 一旦在公交车上遇到疑似情况，可采取以下方法应对：一、怒视对方，并向人多的地方移动，不要将自己孤立起来；二、如对方不识相，可大声呵斥他，让他暴露在众人的目光中；三、如果做得太过分，可以请求公交车司机停车关门，找周围证人作证，等民警来处理。</div><div> </div></div>

又仔细分析了一下行车记录仪的视频，女司机绝对不是故意。<div>但是媒体上传说的碰瓷，也不一定是事实，也可能是喝醉了酒。晚上碰瓷这个估计没人会傻到这种程度。</div>

查实，如果确有足够证据属碰瓷找死，民众呼吁司机免罪。宣布今后碰瓷属于找死，司机来不及处置不负刑事责任。。。
